How far along? 34 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Hmm maybe around 19 lbs...
Maternity clothes? Not really, wearing some hand-me-downs from my friend Lauren.
Stretch marks? no!! Mother's friend = Godsend!
Sleep: I literally felt like I couldn't breath while sleeping last night! It's getting tough, but I guess it's a way of preparing me for what's to come.....
Best moment this week: THE LAKE and a long relaxing weekend! The very last time I will go out of town before baby is here! Such a crazy feeling. 

We got our hospital bags packed Monday ......

Reminds me of the song...."All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go. I'm standing here outside your door....."

and all the clothes, blankets, burp clothes, mittens, socks. EVERYTHING washed on Monday night.  I just have to add this amazing thing I discovered into this post!! Made by Downy, and these amazing little crystals are called Unstoppables. (If you know me you know I AM OBSESSED with good smelling clothes!) Courtney and my mom's best fiend Jolene were raving about this at the lake.  So Monday, while getting snacks, and a heating pad, slippers and stuff from Target, I spotted it and had to try*Insert husband rolling eyes*Of course I only used it on our clothes, not baby B's clothes, but Oh My! It's amazing! I didn't even use any dryer sheets!

 Whew! I'm DEFINITELY in nesting mode, I'm guessing that won't go away ;) Driving my husband crazy. 

Miss Anything? Not really. 
Movement:Yep, always. Literally always. (I thought they were supposed to sleep more at this point?)
Food cravings: Mac & Cheese, chocolate milk, McDonald's Biscuits & Gravy. Carbs and sweets, the story of my life.
Anything making you queasy or sick: meat, per usual
Gender: BOY!
Labor Signs: Not yet. 
Symptoms: Nauseous after lunch one time this week (a fluke maybe?), lower and upper back pain.  Majorly hit me at my in-laws annual Memorial Day BBQ on Monday evening. I could NOT get comfortable to save my life.
Belly Button in or out? I accidently originally put in. That's most Definetly a lie. It is no where near 'in'. The answer is out!!
Wedding rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY, slightly irritable when uncomfortable, but I really love being pregnant.  I don't mind the minor discomforts.
Looking forward to: Meeting Mike's mini-me!

{33 weeks}

How far along? 33 Weeks! Closing down on the due date!
Total weight gain/loss: Probably around 18 pounds. We go back June 5th, and then every 2 weeks, and then every week!
Maternity clothes? I'm wearing maternity jeans, but to work I'm wearing skirts unzipped with long shirts cover it....I refuse to buy maternity clothes :)
Stretch marks? nope, I thought I had some the other night, but it was just that my shirt was too tight and the side seams were digging in. WHEW! That's a relief!
Sleep: I am one very tired mama lately.
Best moment this week: My friend baby shower.  I keep saying to Mike, I want to go back in time to my showers! They were so fun, and it was so good to see all the women we are close with in one place.  
Miss Anything? Nothing in particular this week
Movement: Absolutely! All over the place.  I swear one of my interviews the other day was eye-balling my stomach because he was doing some high kicks in there.  Sometimes when he's all up in my rib cage, I have to push him down a bit.
Food cravings: I was having a huge craving for BLT's and an ocean water from Sonic so off we went.  My husband is so good to me.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not really
Gender: BOY!
Labor Signs: Possibly some crampiness.  
Symptoms: nauseous when I don't eat, back pain (so very painful, I feel like an old lady), and just being tired.

Wedding rings on or off? On, when I remember to put them back on.  Lately my brain has gone somewhere on vacation, and I sort of wish I could go on vacation too.......
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY, we want our boy to be here, but of course know that we need to wait for him a bit longer.  It's crazy to me to think that he could be here in less than 6 weeks! I can not wait, I am ready to finally meet the handsome fella
Looking forward to: The lake this long Memorial Day weekend.  My final girls weekend getaway before baby! My mother in law won't let me go out of town after this! ;) I'm not sure when you can travel until, but after this weekend I think it's best to stay close to home.  Mike and I are planning on packing our hospital bags this week and I keep waiting for Baby B's coming home from the hospital outfit from Layla Grayce to get here!! (Super cute) It was out of stock and supposed to ship at the end of May.....This weekend at the lake it's my mom & her best friend and me and my best friend.  It's supposed to be nice and I'm hoping to get some sun at the pool, with sunscreen on of course!

{32 weeks}

How far along? 32 weeks WOW!
Total weight gain/loss: Probably about 16 lbs.  Back to the Dr. on Friday to find out for sure :)
Maternity clothes? Not really - mostly just loose clothes.  Those shorts are not maternity & they are buttoned! The zipper is hanging on for dear life.....
Stretch marks? nope
Sleep: Love sleep! And snuggle time with my hubby - he puts Mother's Friend on my belly every night.  I get a belly massage every night!
Best moment this week: Mother's Day - my first! It was so sweet how many people thought of me on Mother's Day.  I guess I just don't feel like a mama until Baby B is in my arms, but my mom said "You are a mom!" Here's some snaps from Mother's Day. 

The necklace that Mikey got me for Mother's Day, tulips for my mom and a card. 

There's a story behind that gorgeous necklace.....So I accidently opened his mail one day and was surprised to find this in there! I called my mom to see what I should do because I knew I had ruined the surprise.  She said "Can you seal it back up?' No I had cut the envelope wide open! So I put it on and wore it around and texted my husband that I thought I found something that I wasn't supposed to see in the mail, and included this picture (of me wearing it).  I could tell he was disappointed because he wanted to see my reaction when I opened it, but he had to laugh at me.  I'm always so nosy.  He later said that he was going to tell me to not check the mail, but knew that if he said that I would DEFINITELY go out to check it. P.S. I have to give credit to my close friend Amanda who made me want this necklace originally - she has it in gold!!

We went to a wedding at the lake this weekend! It was lots of fun, but rained the whole wedding! I was the DD - go figure, right? My husband thought it would be funny if I went out for the bouquet toss......7.5 months pregnant :) Very funny, Spikes!

 But, it was beautiful on Sunday and we got some sun/boat time in with my family.

This weekend my amazing Mother-In-Law and Father-In-Law came over while we were at the lake and completely redid Baby B's closet as a surprise.  It was not a very functional closet, now it's a different story! I was so excited when I saw it.  Before it was just a shelf and a bar, with  8 foot ceilings! Not functional.  I will probably do a post on it after we have all the clothes and everything in there.  You will be very jealous!! Shelves and bars galore!
Miss Anything? Bushwhackers at the lake that I got to watch my husband and family drink.  Grrrr
Movement: I feel a definite knee on my left hand side.  It literally pokes out most of the day.  Every now and then I'll feel his rump under my rib cage.  Overall, he's pretty good to me.  No strong jabs on the ribs or bladder yet.  Key word "yet".
Food cravings: Macaroni salad, and bread.  Carbs are the hot item of the week apparently...
Anything making you queasy or sick: meat - Pork tenderloin grosses me out.
Gender:  Baby Boy!
Labor Signs: Nope I keep waiting for those Braxton Hicks, but have yet to feel them. Oh well! Baby B is head down though.  Everyone keeps saying that I won't make it to my due date. 
Symptoms: Back pain, shortness of breath, I think I have the pregnant waddle down too.

Happy or Moody most of the time: I want to meet my son! I'm excited and happy!
Looking forward to: The 1/2 day I took on Wednesday to get some time in with my hubs and pup and the next Dr. appointment on Friday, and of course my friend shower this Saturday!  I hope it doesn't rain because they have the coolest set up for the shower outside! Also, we are both ready to meet out cute boy! 

{31 weeks}

How far along? 31 weeks - I let my husband do the chalkboard this week because he was off work on Monday before we went to the Royals game.  Didn't he do a good job?!?! He was so proud!!
Total weight gain/loss: 15-17 lbs
Maternity clothes? Not really 
Stretch marks? no!
Sleep: Sleeping well, and so is Baby B
Best moment this week: My amazing baby shower! It was just perfect! 40 people that are wonder family members/friends/family friends. The decor was adorable! Little elephants.  I love me some elephants :) Also finishing the nursery.  A post on that to come.  Very cute!
Miss Anything? Wine of course
Movement: All over the place.  He's very active! It's whole stomach movements now, when it's not little toes kicking me. I honestly don't mind, it makes me laugh
Food cravings: Pizza, sweets, mainly candy
Anything making you queasy or sick: I almost got sick this morning at work.  It was so strange.  I have not gotten sick in a long time
Gender: Baby Boy!
Labor Signs: Some pressure, not much though. 
Symptoms: back pain, I feel like my rib cage is stretching.  It's very painful at times.  I have Mikey rub my back. Headaches sometimes

{Nursery Reveal}

That little wooden basket is going to be his dirty clothes hamper.  The tissue balls my aunt Toni made and I brought them home from the baby shower.  I think I found the perfect place for them :)

{30 weeks......and a couple days}

I PASSED MY GLUCOSE TEST!!

Not that I had any doubt, but it's still a relief! All I kept picturing was delivering a 14 pound baby.......YIKES!!!!


How far along? 30 weeks and a couple days.  Sunday I didn't want to do the blog, I wanted to eat ice cream and watch a movie with my hubs.  So that's exactly what I did, last night I was tired and wanted to sleep while it rained.  Tonight after dinner {TACO TUESDAY} with some friends, I decided it was time..... plus people were sending me texts and asking me when I was going to do the 30 week post at work. Here it is, better late than never right? I'm getting slightly lazy with it :)
Total weight gain/loss: probably pushing 14-15 lbs.  - at least poeple can now tell that I'm 'with child' it took long enough!
Maternity clothes? I got some maternity jeans at Old Navy the other day for a whopping $2.82....WOW! They're cute too {see picture}! They are having good sales right now. But that just makes 2 pairs of maternity jeans I own.  They are so much more comfortable than regular jeans. 
Stretch marks? nope
Sleep: Sleeping good and having some weird dreams - by the way, Baby B is now having dreams according to my app.  What the heck do babies dream about?!  Mike and I were wondering about it.  Maybe he's dreaming about what his mama and daddy will be like.
Best moment this week: Spending time with my husband.  We're trying to {as always} maximize our time together.  Going on dates, and Sunday night we rented a movie and got some Sheridan's
Miss Anything? Just margs
Movement: All over the place.  His little piggies are all over on my left hand side above my hip.  I can feel his heel a lot.  His butt is up under my right rib cage :) Needless to say that's not always comfortable. And honestly my belly is getting in my way!
Food cravings: Sweets and pasta - I made s'mores last night and while making them I said to my husband "I love chocolate and chocolate loves me"...he just had a blank stare.  It's a good thing he 'gets' me.
Anything making you queasy or sick: hmmm nothing in particular this week. Just some random nausea.
Gender: Boy! 
Labor Signs: Nope
Symptoms: My lower back hurts! My feet hurt even when I'm on them for short periods of time.  But still no swelling {knock on wood} and for the most part I'm feeling good

Looking forward to: My very first baby shower this Saturday, and I'm sort of excited for our Prepared Childbirth class on Thursday.  I can't wait to see how it all goes down.  Very anxious! Also, revealing the nursery very soon! It is basically done!  Just finishing up with some closet organizing, I came up with a brilliant idea {in my opinion} to store all those little onsies! Wait to see soon!
