{breakfast date}

My favorite son and I had a very impromptu breakfast date this morning after daddy left for work.

It was 30 minutes of fun that was totally unexpected.

I pulled out all my fun napkins and straws. 

Put the whipped cream and powdered sugar in their own special containers. 

Put the blueberry pancakes on their own cake stand and we chatted amongst our pretty food. We laughed together and enjoyed our one-on-one time before little sister wakes up...it's now 11:35 and she's still a-snoozin'{!}. She's our sleeper! 

I had to snap a couple of pics before we ate because I love moments like this and feel like I need to capture them to show him when he's older!

Everyone should have a date with their son!
