{22 weeks & home progress}

How far along? 22 weeks
Total weight gain/loss: Good question. Not sure. Hopefully not too much more than my last post....
Maternity clothes? Nope not yet other than one pair of skinny jean crops....I'm thinking I may try and skip them this pregnancy. Just buy regular clothes that can be worn again & skirts and dresses!
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: We started putting Landon down super early - and he sleeps in much later {what?!} parenting is a learning experience every single day. It's also nice to have some adult time before we hit the hay each night. Landon sleeping better = us sleeping better...
Best moment this week: This is where it's going to get long...it was such a productive and great week for us! First off, baby girl officially has a name! We like to keep baby names a secret up in here, but it is beautiful and just perfect!

Also, in no particular order:

1. Major house progression! I love building so far, it is all just so exciting! I keep everything updated on my Instagram so I can put dates on the photos, but basically 2 Wednesdays ago the lumber was delivered into our future front yard. At that point, the foundation was laid, the basement and garage floors were then poured. This is where we were at then...

Then Thursday of 2 weeks ago, the big stuff started! We were so excited to see the framing going UP! This is where we were Thursday evening...

This was that Friday...

Stairway to Heaven :)

You can't really tell, but they added the floor/ceiling in between the levels this day

This is the inside of the main level - we have a living room, a kitchen, a breakfast nook, a garage, a bathroom and stairs at this point!

Monday they were also working on the house. We got a 2nd floor...{thankful the rain held off}

By Tuesday, the 2nd floor was UP!

And Wednesday, the upstairs made sense - we had a hallway, a master bed/bath, baby girl Bozarth's room, Landon's room, a bathroom, laundry room and a playroom! The stairs actually led somewhere other than Heaven. And we had the beginnings of a roof!

From top left: Hallway, playroom, master bedroom, Baby girls nursery

Landon's room, hall bath upstairs

And this was Sunday after church.

2. I won a giveaway on Instagram! I was so excited!! I woke up on Mother's Day to a notification that I had won this giveaway! I loved everything {& have nothing for baby girl} so went for it. Look at all the cute stuff I won!

I got to choose any color of moccs from Freshly Picked, so I chose the blush color. I thought it was a color that would be very versatile for the whole year. I LOVE these. Picture them with dark skinny jeans and a white tunic. Too much cute!

I also won a $50 gift card to Little Hip Squeaks and thought I would get the headband collection started for the little lady. Here are her first headbands. Love,

This past week I also made my first clothing purchase for the girl - these cute rompers for next summer in Florida!

And the first purchase for her nursery:

I also did a couple little DIY art projects for her room! One included these paints, I can't wait to share. It turned out way better than I thought!

3. And on top of all of this, my friend Jana and I hosted a bridal shower for my best friend, Courtney. Here's a little sneak peek! I plan on doing a seperate post on this one.

4. We also celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. My husband totally caught me off guard with this:

In case you're wondering, the reservations were at Justus Drug Store and it was delish!

There were LOTS of best moments this week!

Miss Anything? Needing some vino & was really missing the mango mimosas at the shower!
Movement: She is very active in the morning, almost startlingly so, and in the evenings. I'm thinking it's because I'm so busy during the day that I don't notice her as much. She seems much lower than the first movements I felt with Landon, although my belly feels higher and wider.
Food cravings: Not really food, more Dr. Pepper this week...
Anything making you queasy or sick: Brushing my teeth.
Gender: sweet baby girl!
Symptoms: Not much, just very tired. I can't figure out if I have a cold or pregnancy allergies, but it has been killing me slowly this week...
Belly Button in or out? Out
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy but tired!
Looking forward to: Florida and then seeing our little girl again at 28 weeks!
